		<description>Well Canajun, if you&#039;re a shareholder and Michael is guessing the bondholders will win out ... sounds like you might have a bet.  Either way it will be very interesting and certainly precedent setting.  I don&#039;t think the Supreme Court will compromise.  It&#039;s their role to be decisive and unambiguous in order to be clear for future cases.</description>
