Money has No Owners only spenders, a deep thought attributed to many folks, and a TV show as well.
I know a lot of people who would think they “own” a lot of money, but do you own it, or does it own you? I found this bill in my wallet:

Does it Own You, or do you own it?
Remembering that defacing a Canadian bank note is illegal, it is still a very interesting philosophical question, do you own money, or does money own you? I try to make my money work for me, but it is a tool which rarely hangs around, but I do hold wealth in my investments, but is that money or is that wealth ?
OK readers, do you own Money, or does Money own you?
And a final thought, if you think you own that money in your wallet, think about whether it has been in a stripper’s G-string (or up someone’s nose), do you think you still own it ? (In Canada it’s a little harder, since the $1 and $2 coin changed a lot of things). Deep thoughts for a Monday.
I vaguely remember a study that showed that something like 40% of American currency of a certain denomination contained residue of cocaine, and feces. Makes you think twice about what you think you are putting up your nose!
Even though we spend more when we use debit and credit cards than we do when we use cash, maybe it might reduce our chances of catching something, if we use just the plastic, and control our impulses!
